In patients with tumours expressing both the oestrogen and progesterone receptor, the 10-year adapted overall survival was 82.7% (95% CI 79.4–85.5) in the 6-year treatment group and 78.7% (95% CI 75.2–81.8) in the 3-year treatment group (HR 0.83; 95% CI 0.65–1.07) (Supplementary Figs. S1 and S2A, Supplementary Table S2). This evidence concerns the gene PGR and neoplasm.
