AKT1 and rheumatoid arthritis: Combining the results of each experiment, we believe that the mechanism of action of the P-A drug pair in the treatment of RA may be related to the action of some key compounds, such as caffeic acid, quercetin, paeoniflorin, and baicalein, on key targets, including PIK3R1, PIK3CA, AKT1, HSP90AA1, and IKBKB, to downregulate the phosphorylation levels of PI3K, IKK, and AKT.
