Recently, Chi et al. [80] reported that plasma neuroexosomal NADH ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S3 (NDUFS3) and succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit B (SDHB) levels were significantly lower in AD and in progressive mild cognitive impairment (MCI) than in cognitively normal subjects. This evidence concerns the gene NDUFS3 and Alzheimer disease.
