The results showed that the Olig2 protein level was remarkably increased with MG-132 treatment in a time-dependent manner (Fig. 6f) while was clearly decreased with CHX treatment in a time-dependent manner (Fig. 6g) in lung cancer cell which suggested that Olig2 protein level could be regulated by ubiquitin proteasome pathway. This evidence concerns the gene OLIG2 and lung carcinoma.
