Wu et al. elucidated the in vitro and in vivo neuroprotective effects of astrocyte-derived exosome (ATC-Exos)-contained miR-34c in terms of the protection of Neuro 2A (N2a) mouse neuroblastoma cells by increasing toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) expression and downregulating the NF-κB/mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways. Here, TLR7 is linked to neuroblastoma.
