This study, therefore, aims to provide a compilation of the existing evidence on the role played in NSCLC survival by SNPs with a minor allele frequency greater than 1% in the GC (rs7041), CYP2R1 (rs10741657), CYP27B1 (rs10877012, rs4646536, rs3782130, and rs703842), VDR (BsmI [rs1544410], TaqI [rs731236], ApaI [rs7975232], FokI [rs2228570], Cdx2 [rs11568820]), and CYP24A1 (rs6068816 and rs4809957) genes, according to the information in the dbSNP database [34,35,36]. Here, CYP24A1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
