CRP and atherosclerosis: Significantly higher values of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (p = 0.001), CRP (p = 0.000), LDL (p = 0.002), triglyceride (p = 0.000), remnant cholesterol (p = 0.001), ferritin (p = 0.000), Ag PLT ASPI (p = 0.001), IL-6 (p = 0.000), and TNF-α values (p = 0.000) were observed in patients with atherosclerosis only when compared to healthy controls.
