The 6-month characteristics of safety included a few ARs, such as hypoglycemia (one patient in the SGLT-2i and GLP-1 RA groups, respectively), with five cases of nausea in the GLP-1 RA group, two cases of urinary tract infections in the SGLT-2i group, and those without palpitations, alongside the biologic parameters of safety, which were, respectively, creatinine, eGFR, UACR, urea, GOT, and GPT, as seen in Table 4.
