In accordance with the above-mentioned reports, this study further emphasizes a relation between increased TNNI3K expression and cardiomyopathies because TNNI3K expression was significantly elevated in chicken embryos exposed to hyperglycemia (Figure 5) and exhibited abnormalities in both gross heart morphology and histological structure (Figure 3 and Figure 4).
