As far as we know, this is the first study in which the effects of BAZ2A, BAZ2B, BRD9, and MYCN inhibition in paclitaxel-resistant anaplastic thyroid carcinoma cell lines, are examined, providing a starting point for further and more in-depth studies that can fill the gap of effective treatments for this subcategory of thyroid tumors. This evidence concerns the gene BRD9 and thyroid gland undifferentiated (anaplastic) carcinoma.
