CD8A and posterior cortical atrophy: Interestingly, PCa patients with high total frequencies of the HER-2/neu(780–788)-specific CD8+ T lymphocytes (above the 0.49% median frequency value and up to 1.72%; n = 33) had significantly better clinical outcomes regarding progression-free survival (PFS), compared with those with low frequencies of such CD8+ T lymphocytes (below the median value of 0.49% and down to 0.02%; n = 32) (Figure 2; p = 0.0404).
