When conducting a comparative analysis of clinical, instrumental, and laboratory data from the selected groups of patients, we found significant differences in the dynamics of the index on the NEWS scale, the absolute number of lymphocytes, and the levels of CRP, ferritin, D-dimer, and IL-6 between the groups, which can serve as the most important indicators characterizing the development of a CS. This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and Cowden syndrome 1.
