Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) [26] analysis revealed that miR-93-5p was involved in several cancer-specific pathways (glioma, bladder cancer, chronic myeloid leukemia, renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer, and pathways in cancer), while miR-93-5p and miR-425-5p were both involved in cancer-regulatory pathways including p53 signaling and HIPPO signaling pathways [27] (Supplementary Figure S1A). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
