In Family 15, the child with bilateral cleft lip and palate carries a rare missense (p.Arg88Leu) heterozygous nucleotide variant (c.263G > T) in exon 3 (rs200966877) inherited from the father on chromosome 12 of WNT family member 5B (WNT5B) gene (Figure 2, Table 2, Supplementary Table S6). Here, WNT5B is linked to oral cavity neoplasm.
