IHC staining showed that ERVH48-1 inhibition in the tumor tissue of nude mice resulted in decreased Ki67 expression, increased cleaved caspase-3 expression, and increased E-cadherin expression, whereas ERVH48-1 overexpression resulted in increased Ki67 expression, decreased cleaved caspase-3 expression, and increased E-cadherin expression. Here, ERVH48-1 is linked to neoplasm.
