The aim of the study by Kessel et al. [18] was to compare FAP and PSMA expression levels in primary PCa by performing histological analyses and PET imaging in a small cohort of 11 PCa patients with Gleason scores of >7 (5 staging and 6 mCRPCa) and 3 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. This evidence concerns the gene FAP and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
