Another study by Li et al. [108] showed that Compound 39 (Figure 11) could stabilize c-MYC G4 in a FRET melting assay (ΔTm = 23.7 °C) and reduce tumor growth by 49% (10 mg/kg) and 58% (20 mg/kg) in an in vivo assay using human liver cancer cell lines transplanted in a nude mouse.
