Besides, immunofluorescent staining results confirmed that ACT1+ CD68+ macrophages mainly localized in the stroma of the peri-tumor while the ACT1 downregulated CD68+ macrophages accumulated in the stroma of the tumor (Fig. 1E), suggesting that ACT1 downregulation in CD68+ macrophages probably contribute to the adenocarcinoma transition.
