Similarly, using TAMs from CRC patients (Additional file 1: Table S3) with low or high ACT1 expression (Additional file 2: Figure S6A), we demonstrated that CXCL9, CXCL10, and PD-L1 significantly increased in ACT1-low TAMs compared with that of ACT1-high TAMs (Additional file 2: Figure S6B). Here, CXCL9 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
