LRRC15 and cancer: To estimate the overall value of EC.SENESCENCE.SIG-dependent immunotherapy response prediction, we compared the performance of this transcriptomic signature with previously established pan-cancer models for anti-PD-L1/PD-1 or anti-CTLA-4 immunotherapy response prediction, including NLRP3.Sig [22], INFG.Sig [23], PDL1.Sig [24], T.cell.inflamed.Sig [25], Cytotoxic.Sig [26], and LRRC15.CAF.Sig [27].
