The RNA-sequencing expression level of immunomodulatory genes like CD274 (PD-L1, Programmed Cell Death), CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Associated Protein 4), IDO1 (Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase 1), and LAG3 (Lymphocyte Activating 3) are altered in breast, glioblastoma, head and neck, liver, ovarian, prostate, sarcoma, stomach, and uterine tumors (Supplementary Fig. 9).
