This study found that indicators such as hypertension, anterior myocardial infarction, culprit vessels, proximal vascular occlusion, CRP > 3.85 mg/L, white blood cell count, neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio > 2.17 were associated with the risk of ischemia–reperfusion injury in STEMI patients. This evidence concerns the gene CRP and hypertensive disorder.
