LPA and coronary artery disorder: According to our results the frequency of detecting Lp(a) levels ≥ 30 mg/dL was significantly higher among patients with aortic valve stenosis, with an incidence of 43% and 34% in patients with concomitant CHD and without CHD, respectively, compared to the control group, where the incidence of hyperlipoproteinemia(a) was 12%.
