The results were filtered by: (i) the probability of activeness (Pa) should be greater than the probability of inactiveness (Pi) (i.e, Pa > Pi), (ii) the probability of activeness (Pa) should be at least 30% (i.e, Pa > 0.3), and (iii) KRAS highly-expressed cancer types, such as pancreatic, lung, and colon. Here, KRAS is linked to cancer.
