The result from the Kaplan–Meier survival curves revealed that high mRNA expressions of CKLF (p = 0.013), CMTM1 (p = 0.0028), and CMTM7 (p = 0.0079) were significantly associated with a worse OS in patients with HCC, while high mRNA expressions of CMTM2 (p < 0.001) and CMTM5 (p < 0.001) were remarkably associated with a better OS (Figure 5A). Here, CMTM1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
