The most frequent cabozantinib-related AEs reported in ≥ 10% of patients included fatigue, diarrhea, hypertension, nausea, decreased appetite, weight loss, proteinuria, constipation, palmar-plantar erythrodysaesthesia syndrome, abdominal pain, vomiting, thrombocytopenia, alanine aminotransferase increase, and hypothyroidism (Table 2).
