MAPK8 and congenital rubella syndrome: Western blotting analysis showed that compared with control mice, the ratios of p-ERK/ERK, p-JNK/JNK and p-p38/p38 were significantly increased in CRS-treated mice (F(2,8) = 12.13, p < 0.05; F(2,8) = 9.699, p < 0.05; F(2,9) = 4.602, p < 0.05; Figure 4A), suggesting an overall induction in the phosphorylation level of the MAPK signaling pathway.
