MAPK3 and congenital rubella syndrome: In keeping, we showed that sCT treatment could block the augmented levels of phospho-p38/JNK in the CRS model, while the phosphorylation levels of ERK1/2 were not changed significantly (Figure 4A), possibly due to the antidepressant effects of chronic sCT largely depending on suppressing the p38 or JNK signaling pathway.
