CLEC4D and amebiasis: In the present study, three metabolites, Carmofur, DG (18:0/20:1(11Z)/0:0), and sphingosylphosphorylcholine were found to be associated with Helicobacter, and some related important pathways were identified: Amoebiasis, C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway, and Gastric acid secretion.
