MTT results showed that knockdown of IL1B and ITGA5 and overexpression of CST7 significantly reduced the proliferation of cervical cancer cells (Figures 7A–F). Additionally, the findings of the clonogenic assay demonstrated that overexpressing CST7 and knocking down IL1B and ITGA5 decreased the capacity of cervical cancer cells to proliferate (Figures 7G–L).
