According to the KEGG pathway analysis results, a total of 148 pathways were affected by the active components of SNL (p < 0.05), and those ranking in the top 12 (gene number ≥ 50) included metabolic pathways, pathways in cancer, neuroactive ligand–receptor interaction, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), Alzheimer’s disease, hepatitis B, MAPK signaling pathway, HTLV-I infection, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Ras signaling pathway (Figures 2B, 3). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Alzheimer disease.
