In ovarian cancer, it was found that CHAF1A was involved in DNA repair, apoptosis, and cell cycle (Xia et al., 2017), which were confirmed in our study by pathway enrichment as shown in KEGG pathways (such as cell cycle pathway, p53 signaling pathway, DNA replication pathway and mismatch repair pathway) and GSEA enrichment (such as E2F targets pathway, G2M checkpoint pathway, mitotic spindle pathway and DNA repair pathway). This evidence concerns the gene CHAF1A and ovarian cancer.
