The expression levels of SYP and PSD95 in the hippocampus of mice in the BPD + NS group were significantly downregulated compared with those in the control group, while ROS treatment remarkably increased the expression levels of SYP and PSD95 (Figure 5D–F; F(2,9) = 17.44, p = 0.0008 for treatment; p = 0.0005 for BPD + NS vs. CON and p = 0.0075 for BPD + NS vs. BPD + ROS in Figure 5E; F(2,9) = 62.60, p < 0.0001 for treatment; p < 0.0001 for BPD + NS vs. CON and p = 0.0091 for BPD + NS vs. BPD + ROS in Figure 5F). This evidence concerns the gene DLG4 and bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
