In murine models of pediatric low-grade glioma (PLGA) and in human PLGA cells, tovorafenib has been shown to potently inhibit KIAA1549:BRAF, a truncation/fusion variant of BRAF that lacks key regulatory regions in the kinase N-terminus and as a result is constitutively dimerized (37, 38, 39, 40).
