In non-diabetes CKD patients, the variables (urea p = 0.029, hemoglobin p = 0.002 and age p≤0.005) are significantly predicting the dependent variable (SGA score) while in case of CKD patients with diabetes the variables (phosphorous p = 0.02, glycated hemoglobin (Hb1Ac) p = 0.02, and albumin p = 0.05) are statistically significantly predicting the dependent variable (SGA score). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and diabetes mellitus.
