Several studies have reported that the hepatic H19 expression is regulated by conjugated bile acids, and upregulation of H19 is associated with cholestatic liver injury in different mouse models of cholestasis as well as patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) [97,98,99,100,101,102,103,104], indicating the potential role of H19 in CCA. The gene discussed is H19; the disease is biliary liver cirrhosis.
