The results showed that silencing miR-145-5p or upregulating FSCN1 expression could partially restore the reduced cell proliferation (Figure 4(a)), migration (Figure 4(b)), and invasion (Figure 4(c)) caused by silencing the expression of PTOV1-AS2 in the two colon cancer cell lines. The gene discussed is FSCN1; the disease is malignant colon neoplasm.
