The treatment of Anti-CD47ab (G3) increased M1 TAMs (Fig. 6C), NK cells (Fig. 6F), and IFN-γ+CD8+ T cells (Fig. 6H), but the treatment of CD47nb (G2) induced little change of these tumor-infiltrating immune cells due, corresponding to the lack of therapeutic efficacy of systemically injected CD47nb (Supplementary Fig. 17).
