In contrast, we explain in a previous study that there is an increased basal incidence of arrhythmias at 37 °C in H2-TG mice under basal conditions and normothermia, which is induced by an elevated basal generation of cAMP that subsequently increases the phosphorylation state of PLB (Fig. 1A) (Gergs et al. 2021c). The gene discussed is PLN; the disease is cardiac arrhythmia.
