Indicators in univariate Cox regression were taken into multivariate Cox regression, and high UA (HR = 3.027; p = 0.002) and NT-proBNP (HR = 1.002 for 1 pmol/L increase; p = 0.01) were independently related to heart failure readmission rate after adjusting of high UA, gender, NYHA class, CAD, AF, RVD, NT-proBNP, and Cr (Supplementary Table S2).
