This study demonstrated that the ORR of chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy for advanced NSCLC was 80%, while the ORR in the control group was 61% (p=0.03); the incidence of adverse reactions was 33.3% and 45% in the study group and the control group, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (p=0.19); the post-treatment levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the study group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Here, CD8A is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
