TPO and non-small cell lung carcinoma: profiled the pre-existing autoimmune markers in advanced NSCLC patients with subclinical autoimmune disease who underwent anti-PD-1 therapy, and found that the presence of pre-existing antinuclear antibody (ANA), rheumatoid factor (RF), anti-thyroglobulin (TG) and anti-thyroid peroxidase (TPO) were associated with the development of irAEs, as well as with clinical benefits to PD-1 inhibitors (131) (Figure 2).
