To evaluate the 10 CAGs expression levels of seven pro-cuproptosis genes (LIPT1, DLD, FDX1, PDHA1, DLAT, LIAS and PDHB) and three anti-cuproptosis genes (CDKN2A, GLS and MTF1) in head and neck tumor tissues and normal tissues, we used TCGA data analysis and found that the anti-cuproptosis genes CDKN2A and GLS in tumor tissues were remarkably highly elevated in expression levels. The gene discussed is DLAT; the disease is neoplasm.
