The ROC results suggested that the use of TNF-RI to distinguish LN from SLE patients had good efficacy [the value of the area under the ROC curve (AUC) 0.872, 95% CI 0.794–0.950, cutoff value 949.47 pg/ml, sensitivity 93.1%, and specificity 66.7%] (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF1A and systemic lupus erythematosus.
