The strong upregulation of some genes coding for transcription factors, e.g. CEG35443 (myb-like DNA-binding) in cl 1, IF phase, log2FC7.8 and CEG42655 (Transcription factor IIB) in cl 2, CO phase, log2FC 6.7 suggests their possible involvement as regulators of the infection and colonization processes, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene CFAP20 and infection.
