As shown in Table 1 and Table S3, the included in vitro data were obtained from studies that used breast cancer cells from mouse (7 studies) and human (97 studies) to assess the effects of pharmacological (50 studies) and/or genetic (55 studies) manipulation of TRAF2 (54 studies), TRAF4 (49 studies) and TRAF6 (51 studies) on cancer cell proliferation (23 studies), migration (36 studies), invasion (31 studies), adhesion (13 studies) and apoptosis (1 study) (Tables 1 and S3). Here, TRAF2 is linked to breast cancer.
