In particular, EGFR, KRAS, CTNNB1, and ERBB2 genes were captured within the top 20% rank by at least four scRNA-seq workflows, and the two genes EGFR and KRAS, which were most common in lung cancer, were ranked in the top 5.4% and 8.9% by ZW_edgeR_Cov, respectively. Here, EGFR is linked to lung carcinoma.
