Through targeted proteomics, FaDu xenograft model, and other experimental methods, the aim is to explore the effect and molecular mechanism of downregulation of RBM17 to improve cisplatin sensitivity and inhibit hypopharyngeal cancer, so as to provide a basis for elucidating the mechanism of cisplatin resistance in hypopharyngeal cancer and discovering new potential therapeutic targets. This evidence concerns the gene RBM17 and hypopharynx cancer.
