Regarding the enrichment results of glycolysis-related pathways, we used the seahorse detection protocol to detect the correlation between PVT1 levels in breast cancer cells and glycolytic stress and found that the PVT1 overexpression group can significantly enhance the glycolysis ability of breast cancer cells (Fig. 5A–C), while the glycolytic ability of the PVT1 knockdown group was significantly reduced (Fig. 6A–C). The gene discussed is PVT1; the disease is breast cancer.
