OCA2 and systemic lupus erythematosus: In addition, patients with SLE with LE-specific cutaneous manifestations had more positive anti-Sjögren’s syndrome-related antigen A (SSA)/Ro60, anti-Smith (anti-Sm), anti-U1 nuclear ribonucleoprotein (anti-U1-nRNP) and antiribosomal P protein (anti-P) autoantibodies and fewer positive anti-double-stranded DNA (anti-dsDNA) and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) (figure 3B).
