The results of peripheral blood flow cytometry in different groups of mice showed that the percentage of macrophages (CD45+CD11b+F4/80+) and neutrophils (CD45+CD11b+Ly6G+) in peripheral blood circulation increased significantly after 3 days of cerebral ischemia compared with Control + Sham and Eps + Sham groups; Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the percentage of macrophages and neutrophils between Control + 3d and Eps + 3d groups (Fig. S3). This evidence concerns the gene PTPRC and Cerebral ischemia.
