The major findings were as follows: (i) nutritional indices (PNI, GNRI, and CONUT) had fair predictive performances for delirium in CICU patients; (ii) predictive performance of albumin alone for delirium was superior to those of PNI and GNRI and similar to that of CONUT; and (iii) among the components of nutritional indices, albumin was an independent predictor of delirium, whereas ALC, bodyweight/IBW, and total cholesterol were not.
